1000 fish shimmer shad

Featured Replies

Was wondering if anyone else have fished this dopshot lure and also what other brands have this similar style , pin tail, holographic sheen insert, eyes, etc. Thanks again.

Google pintail dropshot minnow. Lots of results.

Like most situations. If you are ON THE FISH with the drop shot... The lure is not quite as important as we want to think it is IMO. The flashy sides and realistic look is for you; not the bass.

Try dopshotting what you already have. For example a 4" senko.

I like the reins bubbling shaker. Or GY 4" kut tail worm. Fish what you have confidence in.

dropshot is my go to for a lot of my tournament fishing. while i have had a lot of success with it, i am trying to expand my repertoire so that when bass are even more finicky i have a choices to choose from. i am a fan of the bubbling shaker on a neko too

I wonder if they're really stretchy like the Sukoshi bug is? Haven't used the Shimmer Shad but the Sukoshi Bug is a good bait so I wouldn't be surprised if the shad is also productive.

I have some but haven't had a chance to use them yet. They look great...VERY reflective, can imagine they'll throw a lot of flash in the water to attract bites!

good feedback. thanks again. will also check out that osp...looks amazing...haha and i imagine it would be effective when bass are targeting yearling fry in the fall...aka now

Looks like a knock off of the Fish Arrow Flash J
