Lake Guntersville

Featured Replies

I will be making a trip to fish Guntersville on March 30 for a week. I've never fished down in that area and havent been south in about 15 years. I'm looking for information on what tackle and colors I should bring with me. I'm not looking for anyone's spots just a healthy clue on what I should be using. Basically I'm just looking for ideas on what I should bring with me. I'm coming from NY on Lake Champlain so it's going to be a learning curve. I appreciate any advice.

I would recommend hiring a guide for at least the first day:  https://www.spinnerbaitkid.com/

My go-to baits/ lures are RES, Fat Ika and Senko.
