The battery box on the Dorado V2 has a 48v system for the overdrive. However I am not using the overdrive and only want to run a 12v battery to power my Lowrance Hook Reveal and cannot find any information in the proper set up. Can anyone provide any insight?

I have a 2001 Ranger Comanche 520vx with a 2001 Mercury Optimax 225hp. It's has always ran fine. At the end of last season we noticed a gas leak. This spring I had the source of the leak, fuel pump, replaced. It has not been right since and no subsequent trips to the mechanic have figured it out. When I put it in gear and throttle up the response is slow. It takes several minutes for it to get up on plane. However, yesterday at a small derby, I figured put that if I put the throttle down and raise the jack plate all the way it will take off the way it used to I then have to lower the jack plate back down. Has anyone else ran into this that may be able to provide some insight?

I'm looking to find a soft plastic ribbon tail or u tail worm. I do not remember the length or brand. It was a blue body with a white tail. I would pair it with a white spinnerbait and it was a great combo. I havent used any in about 25 years. Just wanted to see if anyone has any insight on where I can get some. Thanks

At the end of Apri you can get on big schools of big smallmouth on the north end. I take advantage of it with square bills and jerkbaits. It not uncommon for me to boat 20+ fish with several over 4 pounds. You will also be running into a bunch of pike.

I was given a rod for Christmas by my wife. She ordered the wrong action accidentally and went I tried to exchange it, the store gave me the right rod and let me keep the wrong one as well. So a win for me! However I've never used a moderate fast action. I generally use a fast to extra fast action. This one is a Lews 7'3" heavy moderate fast. I'm thinking jig or chatterbait. What does everyone use this action for.

I have a 2001 ranger comanche 520 dvx that I've had for about 2 years. It has a 2001 mercury optimax 225hp on it. For RPM I'm topping at about 4800 and getting a top speed of 50 to 52 with a full load. What performance are people getting out of a similar setup. I feel I should have a little better speed.
