As I posted in another thread I got this for Christmas. I had a plan for the expride this offseason. But this thing is threatening a serious derailment of my plans. It’s like a sickness eating away at me. It’s tough to get a setup for just one bait but it’s getting close. Then I’ll need a reel for it and more baits. My reason is telling me to stick with my original plan and Take some time and put some thought into this. As this could be a big endeavor. I feel this could get deep before the ice even melts. 

It doesn’t look very big but it’s 2.5 oz’s

Made by a local guy. Friend of my stepdaughters boyfriend. Has my name and xmas 19 written on the bottom of it. Has Instagram and website if you wanna check it out. 

Cool bait - looks similar to a Billed Shellcracker - is it wood or resin?

Obviously you need a couple more.  Natural sequence of events requires a new rod and reel immediately.

I might be able to hold off if I stop taking it out of the box and playing with it.
