New fishing boat

Featured Replies

I just recently purchased a 14ft mirrocraft aluminum vhull boat with a 7.5hp mercury outboard, trolling motor, and trailer. The boat and trailer are clearly in good condition. The guy i got it from had run into some poor health, and hadn't used the boat in the past two years. Obviously the motor needs to be checked out, and some maintenance work will need to be done. I don't know a ton about motors, just wondering if some of yall could give me a heads up, on what i should expect to be done/price when i take it in. Also if your from around the richmond Va area, where should i take it. I plan on decking it in, and doing some work on it. i have seen a lot of good work on here, so if you could post the thread of your work, that would also be great.

Thanks

Jason

Inside of boat, still a little messy.  It was cold and rainy so i hadnt gotten a chance to clean it out.
