GPS reception may be unavailable or unreliable over a large portion of the southeastern states and the Caribbean during offshore military exercises scheduled between January 16 and 24.

 

Although directed at the aviation community - boaters may experience this as well.

E3 jamming is frustrating when you in the military exercise area, it's not uncommon but the heads up is. It's always good to know how to navigate without GPS.
