Are you limiting yourself to drop shots and Neds? Or are you able to throw other things as well? Also - I'm curious as to what line your running.

Although I do use a ML for DS and Neds, I actually don't use this specific rod for either DS or Ned, but it would be fine for both/either. You could use it for many applications and I wouldn't limit it to just one unless you have many other rods to other stuff and want to have it be for this specifically. I mostly use it for small Keitechs. I actually use it for some crappie fishing applications as well in the early spring. I am running 10lb yellow power pro and may use a fluro leader in 6lb or 8lb.
