I've ordered from them a few times. Most recently got one of their Daiwa Catalina deals. Nothing but positive experiences with them. This is of course assuming that you are referring to The Tackle Trap out of Alabama.

Knows their stuff - especially when it comes to parts.

 

They also super tune reels (along with the normal cleaning) if you are into that stuff.

Ordered a Tatula SV from them before and no problems.  Shipping was fast too.

Smart, thoughtful and professional.  Tackle Trap is legit.
