  1. Try the “Roca”. I met the Bajio team at the Classic this year and they pointed to this one. I believe they indicated that it is a new style for them and I haven’t seen it any of the distributors local to me yet. Those of us with big melons have to watch out for each other….
  2. It is Alpharetta, about 1/2 an hour north of Atlanta. Either in a forum board here or on their website they indicated that they wouldn't have it open for retail at first.
  3. I also noticed that the E6X Drop Shot and several models of the E6X Baitcaster rods are at $100.
  4. I've ordered from them a few times. Most recently got one of their Daiwa Catalina deals. Nothing but positive experiences with them. This is of course assuming that you are referring to The Tackle Trap out of Alabama.
  5. Loved Hank Parker Outdoors. Learned to fish from that guy since no one in my immediate family fished.
  6. I found one in a clearance section of our local tackle shop around Christmas, got it as a gift to myself. I'm pretty excited about it, as it feels so great in the hand. I got the flipping model. It is my first dedicated flipping rod, and I only tinkered with flipping last year. I matched it to a Tatula 200. We'll see.
  7. Hey Dodgeguy, The monkey got me on these when I saw them in a local shop this winter. Just waiting for some free time to try them out. I'll try to reply once I have some actual fishing time with them.
  8. Easy buddy, I knew it was a joke. I thought it was quite funny. I really like the idea with the baggies, I hadn't thought of that. This would give more flexibility and the ability to keep everything even further separated. I bought the Flambeau Zerust Tabs for mine. Just cut them to smaller size and they seem to work pretty well.
  9. Literally spewed my coffee on the computer screen when I read this one. I'd also vouch for the Bass Mafia, though I don't utilize the baggie system and I use spreadsheets way too much at work to be that anal about my tackle. Not saying that it isn't necessary though, please don't sue me......
  10. Thanks A-Jay. Actually forgot to mention it, but I fish in Michigan as well. This is actually where the bug bit me again. The wife's family has a lake cottage up in the East Tawas area. Lake Huron has been tough to figure out, just don't know where to get good access from the bank but I've had pretty good success on the many rivers. The family spends summers up there, and I get up a few weeks out of the year.
  11. Hey guys, I've been lurking on the boards for a while. I just made my first post (a reply) a few days ago and thought that I should properly introduce myself. I live and fish north Georgia. Primarily small bodies of water but I cut my teeth as a teen in Lake Lanier. I took a long hiatus from fishing, I'd say about 20 years or so before falling in love with that tug all over again 2 years ago. I bought a 14 ft. Jackson fishing kayak and primarily fish a small electric-only lake (Hollis Q. Lathem) just around the corner from the house. I really appreciate all the wisdom and good deals that I've learned while perusing the boards. Tight Lines....
  12. Fair amount of discussion about this "deal" on the Latest Sale Thread. Most are cautioning against the deal as they seem to be a slightly shady company.
