Featured Replies

Last year I bought the XPS® i 5/5 battery charger and it worked fine up until last week when i went to plug it in and there is no power.... I tried plugging it into several different outlets etc and there is nothing there no lights lighting up no charging of the batteries...anyone know if there is a fuse other than the ones on the wires i can check or a reset breaker? THanks

Based upon the reviews I have read on the BPS website, the XPS units work great for one year.  Then, just after the warranty expires, they turn to crap.

Next time, buy a DualPro.  They'll last ten years or so.

x2, but I'll add...that in those reviews several said they returned their faulty charger back to BPS (even after warranty) and they actually did the right thing and replaced the charger. I would assume that BPS knows there's a problem with their onboard chargers and would probably do the same for you. Good luck.

I'll second the DualPro chargers as well.

Contact BPS and see what they say about replacing it. It's not like they build them them selves and they should be able to get the manufacture (? hahaha) to do right by you.
