Daiwa Tatula CT with MH Diawa AIRDX ROD

I have the Aird-X MH/F in 7'0" - last year had a President on it, this year a Supreme. I was actually impressed with the sensitivity of the rod. It's one of 4 Aird-X's I have in my arsenal.

If you're not hung up on the T-Wing system of the Tatula - the Fuego CT is pretty much the exact same reel...extra bearings in the Tatula are in the handle knobs.

Way to get almost the exact same rig for less cash.

Interesting. I've seen people say you van get fuego for $60, but I've can only find it for $100. Do tbey go on sale often?

Check ebay often. It used to be you could get them for 75 bucks any day of the week but I think they've become a little more popular and the prices have been a little higher. I buy them cause I fish braid to leader a lot and don't want the T-wing for those setups. They're a solid workhorse reel and don't break the bank. Fairly easy to work on too I can chug through them in the off season.

Amazon has them for around $75.
