New St. Croix Warranty

Featured Replies

It looks like they have a new warranty program called the Excellerator.  Seems awesome but I can't figure out if you have to send a broken rod to them or not. Anybody know anything about it?

Directions are on the web site. You can send a picture. If you can’t send a picture, and you want a replacement, you break the rod into pieces to send it back. See if you can read this screenshot from their website.

I got a little confused about shipping.  The For Tips Section says $25 but if you click the form it says $50.  Wasn't sure if it's $50 for everything within warranty or $50 plus $25 shipping.  I'll call at some point to clarify.
