Wade fishing Lake Fork??

Featured Replies

Does anybody know any places that would be able to be wade fished on Fork? I’m new to Dallas area and wanna fish Fork or any of the nearby large bodies of water but left my boat in Florida when I moved. Any input would be greatly appreciated. If not if anybody had an empty seat I’ll take that too haha. Thanks everyone

Only thing I know about it, is there is no way I'd be wade fishing a lake that has monster alligators in it.

Fork does have gators. But honestly, I am not a Fork fan. I have fished it a ton. The amount of pressure it receives relative to its size has made it a very tough lake to fish.

KVD didn’t make the MLF cut there. He said the same thing, just too much pressure on a small body of water. Now Sam Rayburn or Toledo Bend are much better spots.
