      Let's pretend that fluoro and braid had been around forever and mono (Nylon) was relatively new. I think people would flock to mono as the clear, flexible, easy casting superline that's almost as sens

      Questionable abrasion resistance, limited shock absorption, coils like a piece of wire, have to carry a bottle of juice in your back pocket to convince yourself the positives are worth it.

      Out of the 10 reels I have, 2 have braid, 1 for froggin, the other for flippin in heavy vegetation. I have 1 spinning reel with 7 lb shooter (fc). All the rest have mono in various test's..
