Anyone have any tips of fixing a loose guide insert? It hasn’t come out yet but it makes a bunch of noise and is clearly loose.

Superglue? I dunno.

I've done superglue.  JB Weld would probably be more permanent, as the superglue failed on me after about a year.

 

Best thing to do is to replace the line guide all together.  But sometimes it's not worth the money or hassle.   

The correct repair is replacement of the guide. Anything else is just a stop gap.
