Does anyone remember the name of a weedless lure that had a skirt, a body and a up turned metal lip that wobbled back and forth? Something like a whirlybird?

I know it’s not summer but thinking of grass and pads do you every have success on a 6 or 8 inch white ribbon tail weightless fished on top, bill norman used to make a snatrix very similar but a ribbon tail or zoom c tail will work
