i have heard that mirrow colored glasses are better because they reflect more sun and take away a lot of the glare .

    Its all about filtering light,,,,base color selection is far more important.

     

    Mirrorring glass can be less expensive and like other have said, can scratch off.

     Will depend on the brand. Oakley mirrored usually blocks 1% more light vs non- mirrored with same base lens. The polarization is not done by the mirror coating so wont make a difference.
