Wondering what size hooks come on the Yo-Zuri Rattl’n Vibe lipless cranks. Just got an order of the 3/8oz 2-1/8in model as well as some of the mini version. This is the first time I’ve seen one in person and the hooks seem really small. I use SK Red Eye Shad in the 1/4oz size often and I put #4 EWG short shanks on them. I also like using the #4 VMC bladed hybrid hooks on the back. Anyone have any experience trying out different sizes on these Yo-Zuri baits?

I think it has a #6 and a #8. I upsized mine at least one size, maybe 2.

Thanks for the help. I’m going to get some #6 and #4 and try them out. I’m just worried about messing up the action with too much larger of a hook.

They haven't been bothered by it with mine.

Try it first,  the 3DB Prism Vibe 1/2 oz came with good hooks about size 4 as I recall. Caught a lot of good size bass plus a few stripers on them. Unlike other lipless the vibe tends to get both hooks in the mouth.

They are nice super sticky hooks... they just look and feel much smaller than what I’m used to seeing.

I swapped them out for some #4 Mustad EWG hooks. Don’t notice a difference in action or hook up ratio for that matter. Maybe the small sticky hooks work just fine lol
