After moving around the dividers to my liking, whenever I pick up a jig out of the posts the whole divider lifts up with it. Anyone experience this?

Dab of clear silicone might do the trick

I haven't but I have with the Plano Spinnerbait box at times, which has removable dividers that are similar. If it's problematic, a little krazy glue should take care of it.

Thanks, I’ll probably give the silicone a shot. Don’t want anything overly permanent. 

Mine is the opposite. I have a hard time getting the dividers out to move them.
