I was wondering if anyone knows pretty good bass fishing spots around antioch/brentwood area. i am only 12 so i cant drive and my parents are not willing to take a drive longer than 20 minutes :( i have been fishing contra loma for 4 years now and always have luck but i want to try something new. (i dont have a kayak so delta spots are kinda hard for me to fish)

Try the Brentwood marina area. Bank fish looks safe in that area

Glad to hear you have been successful at Contra Loma @Noah_033008, and if you can get there easily I’d continue to fish it.  In the next four months a potential double digit PB is just a cast away, but patience will be key. By the way, a couple of the local high schools have teen fishing teams that primarily fish the delta. They may have websites where you can contact members that can answer your questions.

And before I forget, welcome to Bass Resource and the Forums ....

contra loma has been working but every time i go there the more its harder to catch fish because of how pressured its getting. also im in 7th grade so idk if i can join those teams. thank you for the advise tho i might give contra loma a second chance now...

One of Greg Blanchards newest videos was made at Contr Loma. Check that out maybe.

Kid said he’s been fishing there for four years. :)

antioch?   The delta!  There are some shore access areas.

@Noah_033008,

I was looking at the East Bay Regional parks website and it states there are 8 types of game fish in Contra Loma.  Might be fun to try to catch all 8 in one year.
