I am looking to purchase one UV flashlight for charging my UV lures, I want to know what is best in the market, Of course being American made is important for me.

I guess it depends on what you mean by American Made (I chose this light at random, don't know if it's good).

Made in the U.S.A. (complies with the "Buy American Act", may contain imported components).

Ya, "components" like the bulb, body, batteries and lens probably. Good luck!

ETA:

$518 for that? Sorry should have used a different example!!! Link removed.

Take a look at a camera flash. I use to use one for glow jigs when jogging for walleye.
