Sadly not from the looks of it. But there is going to be a scorpion 300!! 

Think I know what my first DC reel will be;)

Did they mention the weight anywhere? That's my only problem with DC reels, I have one now that I don't use. I want one with the weight of the Metanium DC without the high price tag. Until then I will pass, but it looks like a really nice reel.

Weight is listed at 7.7 ounces with the xg model being listed at 8 so pretty heavy for that since reel

Yep, Curado DC is 7.8 and 7.9

 

Really wish they would have just went with the Scorpion 70 DC
