While shopping on ebay for an Expride 610  medium fast (jerk baits and blade baits), I accidentally bought a 610 glass version. (I got excited as the rod I want is hard to find) Does anyone use this rod? If so what technique or lure does it excel at? Never been a fan of glass rods, however I have not had a high end model either. Thoughts on this, should I hold on to it?

I have a Champion 705 that I use for that, but it would probably do better with the shallower running square bills, and smaller size lip-less.

As money to get something not glass.

I agree with @DomQ 

6'10 glass for squarebill, since I guess it should have a soft and whippy tip it's not the right tool for jerkbaits if you want to work them with sharp and crisp movements. But, it's just my opinion
