Can the rage craw be fished slow?

When dragging the Rage Craw along the bottom the actual bottom is stopping some of the movement.

 

When hopping it alot of the movement depends on your weight size. Try putting a pegged 1/8 oz bullet weight & watch the action on the fall. Then try a 1/4 oz bullet weight & watch action.
