I recently bought a Striker 9sv. I was wondering what is the best colors for the sonar, down scan, and side scan to pick up the most stuff like rock, brush piles etc. Also what setting do you recommend changing from default? 

Everybody is different as far as color goes, play around and see what suits you best. Default settings are perfect. 

^^^Absolutely. Different eyes see different colors and shadows differently. 

What I like, you may not.

Also, different sun/light conditions will show different color pallets better than others.

 

Really have to get out on the water and play with it.
