Lews Replacement Parts?

Featured Replies

I was wondering if anybody knew where to get replacement parts for a Lews Mach Smash baitcaster reel?

When fishing once day, I ended loosening the tension knob on the Mach smash and it most fell of when casting. This is the second tim this happened to me. It occurred on my shimano Slx as well but their customer was great. They shipped a replacement knob without additional costs.

I can’t be the only this happens too? Does anybody know where to get replacement parts for lews Mach smash? In particular a tension knob? Much appreciated!!

Contact Lews direct - from what I've heard, their customer service is excellent.

Agree with MN from what I have heard Lews has awesome customer service, get in contact with them direct.

give them a call. their customer service is the best. I bought an american hero reel for my daughter at a pawn shop and it had an issue I called and they said send it to them. They fixed the reel plus sent me some stuff free of charge.

I've talked to them on the phone - really nice people, totally informed on all their products, and don't be surprised if they send your parts gratis - over the top service is a tradition with them.

Cosigning everybody else. I've only had to deal with them once, but they went way above and beyond.

I actually need to get in touch with them if I can't figure something out today regarding kicklever engagement on one of my casting reels.

E-Bay $14.75 any color.

Update: I figured it out. Some hamfisted idiot bent the bearing plate under the crankshaft.

I've also found the culprit! It was me.
