So I fish a small lake in Central WI, around Green Lake if you know where that is and with the recent weather I'm not sure where the bass are in the spawn stage. Most of the last week was rain and with having school, I wasn't able to get out much. When I did go last, which was yesterday, the temps up shallow were 72 degrees and main lake was 69. This lake is only about 140 acres with visibility of about 10ft. There are still some bass on beds but they are not locked and some bluegill have moved onto beds too. If anyone else fishes in the same area or has similar conditions just let me know what you found worked. 

With those water temps and bluegills already on beds, my guess would be that most bass have spawned.  But, I'm sure you can find bass in all three stages still.  I fished Green Lake as a kid in the mid 80's, best couple summers ever.

Agreed. My guess is you are towards the tail end of the spawn there. It is amazing how every lake in the area spawns completely differently based on depth. Might be mostly post-spawn, which makes a tough bite. Any bait that sits longer than usual will be beneficial. Just make sure it is a good area.
