Scam Site Confirmation for a JDM Reel Purchase...???

Featured Replies

Found a reel I want to purchase and I am looking for some scam confirmation info. This is the site; discovery-japan.me.

A quick google search listed it as probably being a scam. I created an account in order to be able to checkout and there is an option for Paypal. From what I have heard and read, Paypal as a payment option is considered by many to be approved/accepted and could therefore be a legit site. So I am 50/50 on this one. Hopefully someone in here recognizes or has used this site before and can help me out.

From what I was able to find its a legit site that sells counterfeit items ... at least when it comes to watches and purses that they sell.

No personal experience but personally I would stay away.

I couldn't find a positive mention using google. Or negative. It's like they almost don't exist. There is this...

42 second average visit.

Look at a page or two and leave.

Why saving a few bucks for something that you are not sure. There are plenty of legit site JDM from expensive but you got megabass 110 as a gift, Japan lure shop, Japan tackle, plat, digitaka asian portal or even Amazon Japan. How cheap are you trying to get? Maybe settle with something cheaper that available locally?.

I know everyone want to get as low price as possible but is it gonna worth the headache?

I paid a little bit more for my Vanford 2000s that shipped from Japan, because I didn’t wanna take a chance with shipping from China. This was when the first 2000 size available.

When I bought my moon rocks I wanted to have no doubt they were genuine.  That's why I had them Mars instead of Venus.

Were they brown? cause it sounds like they came from Uranus...
