Robo Prism Shad or Iovino Blue Ghost?

Featured Replies

Looking for thoughts on which of these two worms is the best shad imitator as a drop shot bait. Both are clear water baits with a similar profile, but colors are slightly different. What conditions would dictate using one or the other?

I prefer the Roboworm Prism Shad and Iovino’s Lightning Shad that Roboworm doesn’t have!

How does Robo Hologram Shad stack up? I’ve seen it mentioned as a good color.

The hologram shad has caught me some nice bass, including the one in my avatar. It was a 4" fished on splitshot. They do work well on  a dropshot also. Also I keep a few bags of the 4 and 6" worms.

The Iovino looks kind of like a lighter disco shad color, but I havent seen them in person so IDK.  I can tell you that Prism Shad is a color that's worked for me in far more situations then I thought it would especially with the Alive Shad.  Baby Bluegill is really good too, its kind of like Prizm Shad except its a little darker and the translucent color is more of a greenish blue then clear.
