this is my first boat. its a 14'6" lonestar v-hull. it was my high school graduation present last year. when purchased for $600, it came with a 6hp johnson and a 30lb trolling motor. since then, i have put a deck on it and a 50lb minn kota foot control trolling motor and a 35hp evinrude. i will get those pics up soon

Congrats. & best of luck to ya. You just got yourself a hole in the water! My kid went about 1 1/2 years between his first and now his second. This is what happens. Then eventually you end up like some of these guys posting with a Z-20 or an I Class Skeeter or some such. A long ways from the first aluminum. Enjoy! ;)

Congrats on the boat.

some of the most fun I ever had in a boat was with a 12 ft v-bottom, my brother and I would chunk Rooster Tails under low-trees and have a blast. Congratulations.
