Night fishing // Fast fishing

I got out Wednesday night for 3.5hrs and got about 20 bass, most in the 2-3lb range.  What was new to me, was how.  I started with a spinnerbait, chatterbait, and magnum trick worm.  I got a few slow rolling the spinnerbait.  The water is up 18" in the last 5 days from storms and clarity has dropped down to 3-4' from 6-8'.  Somewhere around 2:30 the clouds rolled in and I decided to tie on a swim jig.  I went back through the same water, and I started catching on every/every other cast.  I also noticed that I started fishing faster at least twice as fast as I was before.  I guess this is a reminder to not be like me and take 2.5hrs before you try something without blades and moving fast at night in relatively high and murky water.

Bought lessons are always better than taught lessons. Experience teaches.
