I took the reel apart and have this super thin washer or spacer or something that magically appeared . I dont know where it goes . It actually fits on the under the cast control knob but also on the crank shaft  . I cant find the schematics for this reel online . Does any of you have a link ?

If it doesn't work, let me know.  I'm pretty sure I have the paperwork that came with my Tournament MB.  Mine's about five or more years old, if that matters.  I know they've made some changes to that reel recently.

I could not find the schematic on that site . I found a youtube video and I think I got it back together correctly . At least it works in my front yard . Thanks for trying to help me . 

I believe what you are referring to is part # 49 on the diagram. It is listed as a sleeve washer and is considered optional. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I tried to post a diagram and I can't get it to work. I may try again later.
