I am looking for 1 part in particular, the quantum us300 QT074-02 thumb screw.

The only place I have found specific Quantum reel parts is Quantum themselves and even then it's questionable, especially on older reels.   One other thing, I ran into this when a screw on a new reel didn't fit the frame properly.  Quantum had to send me the the whole side plate.  The screws, side plate, mounting hardware, etc. were one part.

I believe it is A-Jay that is a big Quantum fan here. He might have a better idea.  

 

It may be that you will have to either get a spare reel for parts or just move on.

There are a few on E-bay for about $30-$40 complete and in good condition so you might get $15-$20 at the most.

also I suggest finding the part number. It makes this process much easier.
