    Wow, I have a line on a 20' 1979 myself right now and this has given me some serious motivation to go look at the boat.  The hull seems to be in decent shape, but the guy says the starter has not worked for a couple years.....maybe the engine is done too.  On the other hand the price is right.

    I just recieved a 1977 champion that needs restoring.

    any tips would be helpful. Im not even sure where to start.
