I just ordered some jig strips for my bucktail jigs for next season.

They look perfect for what I want to do.

I’ve used them bucktailing stripers. They are good, but prefer otter tails over the fat cow strips. Google otter tail fishing lures

Perfect…exactly what I was fishing for. Otter tails, huh? John Skinner highly recommends them as well. I’ll give them a google.

Why do you like them over Fat Cow?

I bought some of the jig chunks for my bass jigs. They were extremely thin. I haven't used them enough to give them a fair chance probably, but that's mostly because I was so disappointed by how thin they were.

The fat cows deformed in the jar and they weren’t as durable

I can see how that could be disappointing. I haven't physically seen/touched the product and only know that it's a pork rind imitation. I'm getting the strips and just reviewed the chunks and I agree, they look very thin.

Thanks for your input.
