Morning Fishing Gents and Ladies. Anybody ever have a custom rod built for Thorne Bros? I'm a fan of the legend elite blanks and I believe I've heard a little chatter on this forum regarding there croix predator blanks. If so, what did you have specifically built, how's the rod performing/what do you use it for, and how was the overall experience with Thorne Bros?

I think @Lucky Craft Man ordered a couple musky rods from them.  Maybe he'll chime in.

I don't understand the question.  Built "for" the Thorne Bros?  Or are you asking if we have purchased rod building supplies from Thorne Bros?  Or are you asking if we had a rod built for us by Thorne Bros?  Please clarify.

Saw a bunch of Thorne Bros. rods used back in the 80's when I was stationed on the USCGC Mackinaw in Cheboygan, MI. Mostly steelhead spinning rods built on 9 ft.Sage 7 and 8 wt fly blanks and musky rods, their musky blanks were of their design.
