This has been my experience with them for years, pre pandemic and nowadays. Even when items are in stock, it takes a freaking week for it to ship. If the items are there, ship them out for crying out loud. I could never understand it.
 

I don’t order a lot of items online, but when I do from a retailer (Not TW) they are shipped the same day or within a day. Apparently TW hasn’t figured this out yet.
