How do you store new, unopened hard baits (in original packaging)?

Featured Replies

In 3700s filed away.  Never in the packaging.  So fun to open right away and so sucky to open on a boat.

There’s a lot of places that sell brand new stuff on eBay.  The one place I buy from a lot sells 2 packs of lucky craft jerk baits, cranks, and war eagle spinner baits. Lucky craft jerk bait usually sell for around $17.99 a piece .  I’ve won an auction for 2 of the same color for $10.99. Usually I pay avg of $25-$30 when I win.   If for instance it’s an odd color like walleye I won for $10.99.  However, I also got into a bidding war and jacked the price Up to $45 on a rarer color lucky craft 2pack.

get on eBay and just do a search for lucky craft 78 or 100 sp just to see what I mean. There are other bait shops that do it too

I use the larger 3 drawer systems from WalMart. Then each drawer is organized by whatever I have in it. Example:

Rapala's

Lucky Craft

Topwaters

Small Keitech

Large Keitech

Worms

Creature Baits

Etc, etc. You get the picture. And then I have a pegboard up in my garage of the things that I constantly need/use that I usually need to grab in a rush before I run out the door to head to the lake.
