I'll be fishing in saltwater, San Diego Bay this weekend and I'm brining my 13Fishing TX casting reel. After use, what should I do so I do not get corrosion on my reel? 

 

Can I use any of my casting rods and give it a good wipe down with freshwater after?

A gentle rinse with warm freshwater.  You can even use a mild dish soap as well.

Tighten down the drag and rinse in fresh water when you get home. I bring a spray bottle with fresh water with me so I can mist it and wipe my rod and reel down at the car at the end of the session. I havent had any issues with corrosion yet.

Use your melted cooler ice water to rinse it off. After a week fishing in the salt, I sprayed down everything with salt away, but I mostly did that because I had it handy for flushing the motor. I’m not sure it was necessary.

We never freeze fish - I keep ice water in the cooler until the fish is eaten. 

 

Noteworthy, warm water is a better solvent, but cold water is a better rinse, precisely because it's not as good a solvent.

Your TX reel is made for salt water use. 

Lightly Rinse the rod and reel using fresh water and wipe off.

PS, the ideal rinse is distilled water.
