Im looking at a Nitro NX 882. Its a 2002. Has a mercury 150 on it. seems like its in good condition. He is asking 9000 for it. Do you guys think this is a fair price??? This will be my first fiberglass boat, so i really dont know too much about them. thanks for the help....

seems like a good price to me.. depends on the condition and you can also check the blue book price on it. i have a 2004 that paid 12,000 for.. probably a lil high but it was in very good condition.. im very happy with it.

Seems fair enough but don't buy it untill he or she takes you for a ride in it and have a good tech look it over.

I absolutely love my boat as it suits me and my style of fishing to  "T".

I live in the No. East and primarily fish natural lakes of about 500 acres on avg. The "big motor" doesn't get much of a workout on these small waters so it should have greater value to someone that bought it from me used.

If your guy lived on the north end of Kentucky Lake and his "fishin hole" was on the south end, he'd put more hours on in a month than my boat has seen in its life.

The only time I feel my boat is inadequate is when I go to Lake Champlain or Lake Winnipesaukee in Vt. or N..H. If I fished these big potentially rough waters all the time I would buy a 20' plus rig.

Bottom line--- the boat could be worth the money if its in reasonable condition but its worthless if it doesn't meet your requirements or style of fishing.
