You are right, to go another ENT for their opinion.

Well that’s a shame.

My Wife had a bout with vertigo 10 years or so ago.   I have tinnitus but it's not that bad.  (probably from 40 + years of loud music, racecars and guns.)

I have rather mildly in the past, usually with a ringing in my ears. The ear doctors ran every test on me and were clueless, although it might be allergy related.

 

Been pretty good for a few years now.
