Mapping issue at bow carbon

I have two carbons one at the. Console and one at the bow. All connected and Nema is working great but all day at random times the best map will lose all contours etc and turn yellow. When I shut it off and turn it back on it works for a bit then repeats. What is causing this?

    Don’t know.  Have you tried another card slot?

    Do they both lose the map or just the remote one?  If both, I'd blame the map/card unit if just the remote the ethernet connection.

    Check the DC voltage it must by 12V.
