Chattanooga, TN Area Fishing?

Featured Replies

I sold my truck that I carried my kayak with and am stuck bank fishing until we can get a kayak rack for my wife's SUV. Any good bank fishing spots around the Chattanooga area?

I’ve just been looking on the map for creeks within 30 minutes of town and had some luck. Nothing huge, but I have been catching bass and panfish.

Right below the dam would be the first place I’d try. I’ve also seen people bank fishing at Harrison bay state park and Chester frost park

Thanks!

I’m not even sure of the names honestly. Just find a park next to a creek or one running by a parking lot and you should be in business.
