Specially if someone have 7'2" H. I want to know is that true that their power is little less than what they rated for? So Heavy is more like MH?

I don’t have the heavy only a 7’2” MH/F.

I would say that rod is a little on the softer side of other fast action rods I own with similar ratings.

If they stay true throughout thier line I would say yes.

I have the 7ft3 heavy in the K2. I would say like all Phenix rods I've ever had; they fish softer than some other brands.

I don't notice as much on the K2 but I have a Maxim MH that is close to Medium. I use it for 1/4 oz spinnerbaits and floating worms.

I don't have that particular Phenix rod, I do have the M1 Vortex and Feather on heavy and they do feel more like MH

I just bought this exact rod, just waiting to open new reel under tree to fish it. I did put a reel on it and tied on a 3/4oz spinnerbait with trailer (total=1oz) and it seems to have the same amount of flex as a Megabass MH and an older All-Star MH, both spinnerbait rods rated to 1oz. I does appear to shut down and get into the backbone quicker than the other 2. Honestly it feels closer to MH or MH+ than H.

One more thing, it is crazy light compared to the other 2!!! This is part of what helped my decision to buy it.

Yes I got so many phenix rods and weight is always a plus to make my decisions, I am going to pair this with my Metanium DC as all around rod in my truck. So if I want to walk around lakes and hike, Ill only have this combo with me.

Do you have the Feather in the 7'1" MH and H? You dig them?
