New reel.

Featured Replies

Bought a Diawa spinning Tatula 2000 xh and used it Monday with 6 lb mono and a custom finesse rod.  It's by far the smoothest reel I've ever used.  Caught 2 Alabama bass with it. Very happy.

They are great reels. I use 5 and love them.

What can you tell us about the rod, brand, model, power, action?  thanks

I finally got a rod for my tatula LT so I'll get to use it hopefully tomorrow. But so far just turning the handles, it's the smoothest reel I've tried. Mine is the 2500 sxh

Mick,  The rod is a Rainshadow walleye 6'2" Immortal xf m.  I've built several of these and cut one to 5 1/2' for throwing under brush in small rivers/streams that I fish in my kayak.
