they got some good blanks but crappy customer service and slow shipping. If you cancel a couple of orders becouse you sick of waiting for a blank they literally tell you never to order from them again. 

If you, like I do, have trouble wrapping on their ridged blanks, be sure to order the mirror finish.  The ridges offer no advantages and to some make wrapping more difficult.  I don't think the mirror finish is available on all blanks, but am not positive.

Yeah...I really dont get the ridges. Its basically a by product of the process. A finishing step that gets skipped.

They don't bother me too much, I've actually grown to like the texture on finished rods. Occasionally they give me a bit of trouble when wrapping, but some light burnishing in the problem area solves that for me.

I mentioned this sale to my wife and got "that" look.  I think it is a great deal on great blanks.   Enjoy to those of you taking advantage of it.

If I knew they would do this annually, I would plan around it.  But, I just cannot justify it right now with the blanks I have on hand already to build.  Great sale though.  Probably the best deal I have seen since I started building rods in the early  2000’s.
