Shakyhead vs. Dropshot for covering water

If restricted to a shakyhead or dropshot (without using electronics), which one do you think will cover the most water?

They're both techniques where you toss them...then leave them...neither is designed for searching.

 

On a rig that you'd use for those two...1/4oz jig with a 3"-4" paddletail like below....would make a good searchbait.

In every scientific test I've ever conducted the object that maintains the highest average speed has moved the furthest distance in a given amount of time. Hope this helps :wink7:

For me it would be shaky.  I can fish it faster than the drop shot.
