I need Part# 24 for a LP100.  How much?

J Francho:

Thanks for your recent post at the Pinnacle Forum.  Please contact our Parts and Service Manager, Greg Imlay at: customerservice@pinnaclefishing.com.  He'll be happy to send you the part you need (part #24 for the LP100 reel) at no charge.  Just provide the part number, your name, phone and your ship-to address.

I figured I'd report back on this.  I sent the email out about 10 minutes ago.  I just got off the phone with Greg.  He called to verify that it was a right hand retrieve reel - something I hadn't thought of, since there would be a difference in what side the slot that receives the clutch cam is on.  The part will be in the mail tomorrow.  Dayum.

8-)

probably gave it to him for free because it broke and they evidently don't think that a customer should have to pay for it. That shouldn't mater if the guy working on the reel is the owner or not.

Its a freebie job anyway.  A good customer left me a box of reels that "didn't work" anymore.  This reel was pretty much brand new, but missing the thumb bar, so I asked about the part.  I'm sure the guy will pleased when there is an extra reel in his return box.

Kudos to both Pinnacle and J Francho...giving the customer more than expected. That kind of service is always much appreciated and goes a long way in the word of mouth advertising department.

Received the part a few days ago, and installed it.  Reel works like new.  Thanks Greg and Marc.

No problem.  Glad we could be of service!
