I wonder if they’re still going to send me 5 e-mails a day. 

No...its not a good thing...prices go up and service goes down. 

Quality also goes down as profit margins are maximized,  drive and innovation also decreases, Am Tack has done some pretty innovative things and been recognized for them, winning many awards. Not surprised by both being bought, they are after all next to each other. Hope Mudhole keeps their staff, a great brain pool there.

I’ve been under the impression that Mudhole, American Tackle, MHx, Pro etc were always intertwined business or ownership wise. I think this is more of a reorganization than anything. I don’t see it like a conglomerate swooping in buying up brands like we’ve seen with traditional tackle brands lately.
