Would these rods be sensitive enough for fishing jigs and t-rigs.  I plan on using it with a Quantum accurist with 50pound Power Pro.  I would probably also use it for fishing topwater frogs and such.  I am looking at other rods but since I don't fish jigs that much, hopefully more next year, I was looking at these rods because of the price.

Don 't think it too much, get them in 6 '6" or 7 "; 6 feeters have 7.5" rear hadle, the other have 9" rear handle, the longer the handle the more you can rest the handle on your forearm while fighting a fish thus, more leverage.

I definately wouldn't get a 6 footer in a rod that I may be pitching jigs with, not enough leverage.

Thanks for the input on the rods.

Extreme, if they are for sale at $70 jump all over it.

Agree. I have one in 6.0 M that I use for jerkbaits in shore fishing, it is one of the most confortable handle I've tried.

Like the other said, for jig minimun of 6.6 better a 7.0

I fish jigs and soft plastics with both Extreme, and Bionic blades, both rods are sensitive, strong, and well made. The sensitivity edge goes to the extreme as they are made with higher strain graphite, the are also a tad lighter and faster than the Bionic blades too.I use 7' rods of both series for jigs and soft plastics

i own 2 bionic blades & highly recommend them...but i think the extreme rods have better features & there on sale....
